Faelight Art
Faelight Art is the studio of Nathalie Jarquin, a painter of romantic fantasy portraits: beloved pets in crowns of roses, couples under a pale moon, heroines in lace and pearls, and walls that bloom.

The painter
I paint people and their companions the way fairy tales remember them: softly lit, crowned in roses, with gilt around them and the moon somewhere close.
Every piece begins as a composition we shape together. Digital portraits are painted by hand on screen; traditional paintings are originals in the medium the piece asks for.

What I make
What I love to paintthe Faelight world
Roses, moonlight and gilt
- Roses
Garden roses in blush and cream, peonies, lilac and baby’s breath, woven into crowns, arbours and garlands.
- Moonlight
Pale moons, pearl-blue skies and candlelit windows. Mystical, but always gentle.
- Companions
Cats on velvet cushions, spaniels in the garden, foxes, owls and the occasional white dragon.
- Ornament
Gilt rococo frames, lace, ribbons and Victorian rooms, like the endpapers of a storybook.
Every portrait is a little fairy tale, with you at the heart of it.
